NetSuite Systems Lead

Engage Partnership is working exclusively with a growing, transformation-focused organisation seeking a Net Suite Systems Lead to take ownership of its Oracle Net Suite platform.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Net Suite Administrator, Analyst or Consultant looking to step into a role with full platform ownership, strategic influence, and exposure to significant business transformation initiatives.

As the Net Suite subject matter expert, you will be responsible for the administration, optimisation, governance and continuous improvement of the Net Suite environment. Working closely with Finance, Operations and Technology stakeholders, you will drive system performance, user adoption and platform scalability.

• Act as the primary owner and escalation point for all Net Suite-related matters
• Administer and configure Net Suite modules, workflows, permissions, dashboards and reporting
• Provide advanced L2/L3 support and resolve complex system issues
• Manage the enhancement backlog, prioritising requests based on business impact
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Net Suite solutions
• Oversee integrations between Net Suite and connected business systems
• Support release management, testing and deployment activities
• Deliver user training and maintain system documentation
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
• Identify and address technical debt, legacy customisations and inefficient processes
• Establish and maintain Net Suite best practices, governance and architectural standards
• Advise stakeholders on optimal process design and system capabilities
• Suite Cloud knowledge
• Experience with integrations, middleware or iPaaS platforms
• Exposure to finance, supply chain, manufacturing or CRM environments
• Net Suite certifications
