As part of a growing organisation, we're continuing to invest in our people, technology and customers, and you guessed it, as part of this we're looking for an IT Field Service Engineer to join our team in Essex.

No two days are the same. You'll split your time between customer sites and remote support, helping businesses keep their IT running smoothly while delivering a first-class service every step of the way.

You'll be responsible for:

• Providing remote and onsite technical support for a wide range of IT issues
• Installing and configuring hardware, software and network infrastructure
• Supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
• Troubleshooting networking, desktop and server issues
• Carrying out maintenance visits, emergency call-outs and project work
• Completing site surveys and infrastructure assessments
• Installing and supporting VoIP solutions
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ticket updates within our service management platform
• Working closely with our Service Delivery Team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

We're looking for someone who is technically capable, customer-focused and enjoys working independently.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience working within an MSP or IT Support environment
• Technical Support experience: 3+ years preferred
• A full UK driving licence
• Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
  
  Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
• Strong desktop, hardware and networking experience
• Experience using remote support tools
• Knowledge of VoIP systems
• The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple customer requests
• A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for technology

• Microsoft Azure experience
• Datto RMM and PSA experience
• Shadow Protect backup knowledge
• Experience with in healthcare or dental IT environments
• Knowledge of Digital X-Ray systems
