We are recruiting a Senior Claims Handler on behalf of a specialist claims management company, offering a technically rewarding opportunity within a growing, high-performing team handling European Real Estate Casualty claims
.
This hybrid position is based in Essex
, with a minimum of three days in the office per week
.
- Handle a portfolio of UK & European Real Estate Casualty claims from investigation through to settlement, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and data protection standards
- Manage Public Liability claims
, including personal injury and third-party property damage - Assess liability, coverage, reserves and quantum on complex claims
- Maintain full cradle-to-grave claims handling
, including diary and lifecycle control
Liaise with clients, insurers, brokers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth claim progression - Support client meetings, presentations and technical training sessions
- Produce accurate reports and ensure billing, invoicing, time recording and account management comply with internal standards
- Generate MI, data reporting and performance insights
- Work within agreed SLAs, fee income targets and compliance frameworks
We are looking for professionals with strong Casualty claims experience
, ideally with exposure to Real Estate and/or European claims
.
