We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Practitioner to join our reputable legal practice. The successful candidate will specialise in advising individuals on estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and related matters. • Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and estate planning documents to meet clients’ individual needs
• Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and estate administration processes
• Managing probate applications and estate administration procedures efficiently
• Negotiating terms of trusts and settlement arrangements with clients and third parties
• Providing clear legal guidance on succession planning and asset protection strategies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
• Keeping abreast of changes in legislation affecting private client matters and advising accordingly
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies

• Proven experience as a Private Client Practitioner (5+ PQE required) or in a similar role within a reputable legal firm
