An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a busy team and work on an existing caseload of residential property matters from start to finish. The appointed Residential Property Lawyer will be able to deal with the whole conveyancing process and advise on sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, buy to let and any other matters associated with residential property.

This role is office based and available on a part time basis of 3 days a week, all fee earners are supported with their busy caseload from the wider team.

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and / or Legal Executives who have experience of dealing with their own caseload of residential property maters from initial instruction through to completion. You will have at proven experience of conducting your own caseload with support and be well versed in all aspects of residential property.
