Supply Logistics Associate Specialist

Responsibilities

This role involves executing key supply chain activities, including receiving, sampling, warehousing, picking, checking, packing, and shipping materials across various clinical supply sites. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain operational excellence, ensuring business continuity and compliance with cGxP and EHS standards. Your efforts will directly support the production of materials that sustain vital clinical studies, making this position both challenging and rewarding.

Required

Skills
  • Strong knowledge of relevant technical systems such as PMD, Comet, and Modula
  • Proven ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer and people‑focused approach
  • Familiarity with cGxP compliance standards and safety protocols
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the aptitude to support system and supply chain troubleshooting
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience supporting audits and audit readiness activities
  • Background in pharmaceutical or clinical supply chain environments
  • Prior involvement in process improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of EHS requirements and best practices
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • Relevant technical or operational qualification (e.g., qualification in logistics, life sciences, or related field)
  • Previous experience in a clinical or regulated environment is advantageous
  • Demonstrated track record of working within cross‑functional team settings
