In your new role as a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. You will build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.

• Ensure cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, determine when the work needs to be carried out and the cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and when required, work autonomously.
• Build positive and productive relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven and determined.
• Reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
