4 on / 4 off Shift Pattern (Days & Nights, 7:00am-7:00pm / 7:00pm-7:00am)

A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their on-site engineering team at a commercial facility on the Essex/Hertfordshire border. What you'll do:
 
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across commercial plumbing and building services systems.
Complete routine tap temperature monitoring and plumbing maintenance, including repairs to toilets, taps, pipework, valves, sanitaryware, and associated water systems.
Diagnose and rectify plumbing faults, carrying out first-line repairs to ensure minimal disruption to site operations.
Assist with general building services maintenance and support the wider engineering team where required.
Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with statutory compliance and health & safety regulations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.  What you'll bring:
 
Previous experience within commercial plumbing or building services maintenance.
Good understanding of PPMs, reactive maintenance, and commercial plumbing systems.
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
