We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Coach to join our team at Taco Bell/Karali QSR in the Fast Food department. As an Area Coach, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Taco Bell restaurant locations in the Essex Area, ensuring operational excellence and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coaching restaurant managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Implementing company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Developing and executing strategies to optimize profitability and enhance overall performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement

To be considered for the Area Coach role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the fast food industry
• Preferable, 1 years of experience into an Area Coach/ Multi sites manager Role
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations
• Full accountability for your area’s P&L, you will proactively review and measure to plan and positively influence results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid UK Driving licence
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays if needed
• Ability to travel within the Essex Area to oversee multiple locations
