Core Group are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a 12-month contract based in Cork.
Trade: Contracts Manager (Office Based)
Location: Cork
Duration: 12-month contract
Start: ASAP
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings.
- Managing site personnel and materials.
- Providing administrative support to the project team.
- Handling and processing timesheets.
- Reviewing and managing reports completed by the Site Manager.
- Travelling between local residential project sites as required.
- Previous experience in a similar Contracts Manager role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to oversee residential projects effectively.
Project Type: Residential
Interview Process: Initial Teams meeting followed by a face-to-face interview.
