Head of F and B : Airport F and B Operations

Salary: A GBP 55,000 : A GBP 60,000

An independent hospitality group operating its own branded concepts within a busy airport environment is scaling its operation. With a pub, lounge, coffee shop and restaurant already established and further growth planned, they are now seeking a commercially strong Head of F and B to lead the estate and drive the next phase.

• Full ownership of a multi:site airport F and B operation
• Lead performance across pub, restaurant and cafà concepts
• Drive revenue and profitability across an operation circa A GBP 5m turnover
• Embed a strong, people:focused culture within an established team
• Implement clear recruitment, onboarding and development plans Maintain full
• compliance across H and S and audit standards
• Report directly to the senior leadership team with clear commercial insight
• Operate effectively within a 24/7 trading environment

• Proven multi:site F and B leadership experience across pubs, restaurants and cafÃs
• Experience leading large teams across multiple units with evidence of development and succession planning
• Commercially sharp with strong financial and P and L management skills
• Confident leading from the front and driving revenue performance
• Strong operational grip with full understanding of compliance and audit standards
• Professional and credible in all stakeholder relationships
• Solutions:driven and confident presenting to senior leadership
• Able to pass a 5:year background and referencing check
• Based within commutable distance of Essex
