Manufacturing Operative

CSS are currently recruiting for full time Temp to Perm Manufacturing Operatives for one of our clients based in Latchingdon, Essex

Pay Rate: £12.21 Per Hour (but will increase once permanent). Overtime available.

We are looking for applicants with some previous experience in Manufacturing/Assembly working with treated timber.

Duties include:

* Processing raw material stock in varying stages

* Container unloading

* Assembling roof trusses

* Some heavy lifting

* Using heavy machinery according to a pre-set plan

* Using some hand tools and power tools

* Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Starting date – 16th February 2026

All PPE will be provided

Previous Manufacturing experience preferred.
