Job Type: Permanent, Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Shift Rota:
All available. 7am - 3pm; 3pm - 11pm & 11pm – 7am (premium paid for 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am shifts)
Chester Hall Precision Engineering Limited is now currently recruiting for fully skilled CNC Machine Operators to join their expanding team based in Wickford, Essex.
Using multi-axis, high-speed CNC machine tools, the successful candidates will be responsible for the machining of a full range of aerospace components.
The CNC Machine Operator will be required to run 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC machine centres producing machined precision aerospace components.
Attributes required:
 
* Computer literate – Office based software
 
* Knowledge of engineering drawings
 
* Good understanding of engineering terminology
 
* Able to use various measuring equipment e.g. micrometres
 
* Good communication skills
 
* Knowledge of running 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC machining centres (at least 1 years’ experience)
 
* Knowledge and experience of maintaining CNC machines
Training will be ongoing if required.
