The Goyal Foundation was created in memory of Anita Goyal MBE and Avnish Goyal CBE’s parents and grandparents. The next generation of the Goyal family are now actively leading the charity, continuing this legacy of giving back.

Our flagship initiative, Inner Spark, empowers young people to build confidence, self‑awareness, and leadership through the SPARK Framework, which equips them with essential life skills:

The role
1. Fundraising Operations & Administration
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of donors, pledges, payments and invoices
  • Support gift processing, Gift Aid tracking, invoicing and reconciliation (working with finance)
  • Maintain CRM / databases (e.g. donor records, engagement notes, reporting)
  • Prepare internal reports to support fundraising planning and decision‑making
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and charity governance processes
2. Partnerships & Donor Support
  • Act as a key point of contact for donors, partners and ambassadors for logistical queries
  • Coordinate donor journeys, experiences and touchpoints (events, dinners, briefings, visits)
  • Support stewardship activities (thank‑you's, follow‑ups, updates, materials)
  • Help ensure partners feel valued, informed and well looked after
3. Event & Experience Coordination (not delivery‑only)
  • Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, donor experiences and community gatherings
  • Manage guest lists, RSVPs, dietary requirements, schedules and briefing documents
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers, volunteers and internal stakeholders
  • Support preparation of materials (run‑of‑show, packs, signage, briefings)
  • Capture learning and feedback to improve future events
  • (This role supports events — it does not own strategy or fundraising targets.)
4. Systems, Tech & Process Improvement
  • Support and manage systems such as CRM, payment platforms, booking tools and forms
  • Help streamline processes for fundraising, partnerships and events
  • Troubleshoot tech or payment issues and liaise with external providers when needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual admin
5. Community & Team Support
  • Support coordination of ambassador and supporter activity
  • Assist with internal organisation, planning and cross‑team communication
  • Be a proactive, solution‑focused presence in a fast‑moving environment
About You

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented and calm under pressure
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confident working with systems, spreadsheets and processes
  • Friendly, professional and confident communicating with a wide range of people
  • Proactive - you spot problems before they become issues
  • You don’t need to be a fundraiser - but you do need to care about impact.
Desirable (but not essential)
  • Experience in a charity, social impact or purpose‑driven organisation
  • Experience supporting fundraising, partnerships or events
  • Familiarity with CRMs, payment platforms or donor databases
  • Experience coordinating logistics or operations in a small team
