Medacs Healthcare is seeking an experienced Community Nurse (Band
5) to deliver person‑centred care across Chelmsford and surrounding areas. You will work within the HCRG Care Group to support vulnerable patients in the community, undertake urgent assessments and coordinate with families and agencies.
You must be NMC registered with a minimum of 6 months NHS community experience and eligible to work in the UK. Competitive pay and flexible shifts are on offer.
