Our client, one of the most recognised names in Estate Agency, are looking for a driven individual with aspirations to further career within this household name brand. This branch is a high performer with an office team of 12 taking up to 30 new properties per month. We're looking for an ambitious and motivated individual with a minimum of 1 year’s estate agency experience to match buyers to properties.

If you have been in the business for 12+ months and are looking to further your career than this opportunity could be just what you are looking for.

• Meeting and greeting Buyers and Vendors
• Matching buyers to houses
• Negotiating deals with Vendors and Buyers.
• Generating Viewings
• Introducing and converting in-house services such as Conveyancing and Financial Services Leads
• Conduct Viewings
• Tying up offers

• Driven and Ambitious
• Organised and efficient
• Ability to close deals
