Principal Statistician

CK Group is recruiting for a Principal Statistician to join a global pharmaceutical company on a 24‑month contract basis.

Salary : 42.42 per hour PAYE – this role is inside IR35

This position is fully remote.

• Provide statistical support in protocol development for observational studies and/or clinical trials.
• Author and review statistical analysis plans, dataset specifications and TFL shells.
• Work with programming and other cross‑functional teams in Phase‑4 non‑interventional studies to develop CRFs, validate and review datasets and results.
• Conduct programming and analysis for Medical Affairs RWE studies.
• Support development of abstracts, posters and manuscripts as deliverables.

• PhD or MS in Biostatistics or Statistics or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry providing statistical input into study design, analysis and reporting of interventional and observational studies.
• Previous experience with Phase‑4, Medical Affairs, Real World Evidence (RWE) or HEOR studies.
• Experience with statistical software SAS and R.
• Experience with Real World Data (RWD) and RWE methodologies such as propensity score analysis and causal inference.
