Lakeside Shopping Centre – Retail Liaison Executive

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Liaison Executive to join the dynamic team at Lakeside Shopping Centre, working with global property management company, Savills. This pivotal role focuses on supporting the tenants, enhancing communication, and fostering strong relationships across various functions.

• Liaising with the 220 onsite tenants, communicating effectively and ensuring they feel fully supported.
• Work collaboratively across all teams, including security, cleaning, customer services, and more.
• Build and maintain robust 3rd party and stakeholder relationships, and champion corporate responsibility initiatives.

• Innovate and lead within a vibrant retail environment.
• Collaborate closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Make a significant impact on tenant satisfaction and centre performance.

• Results‑driven with substantial shopping centre or retail experience at a senior manager level.
• A proactive individual with excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Adaptable, flexible, and detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering consistent results.
• Comfortable working 5 over 7 days, including occasional weekend work and bank holiday work.
