Salary

£50k to £60k per annum depending on experience, plus car/car allowance, bonus and benefits.

One of the longest established printers in Essex is looking for a talented sales manager to run a mature sales team. This is a hands‑on opportunity within a company that provides a supportive environment with an entrepreneurial culture. We need a driven senior salesperson who achieves growth and hits sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

• Design and implement the strategic sales plan to expand the client’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Actively manage the sales team, develop talent, set objectives, coach, monitor performance and drive them to exceed sales goals.
• Communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, internally and externally.
• Drive the sales process from plan to close.

• Strong business sense.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager in the printing sector.
• Dynamic, energetic, passionate, with fresh ideas to improve company turnover.
• Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at all levels.

Applicants must be resident in the UK and have recently worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
