Assistant Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting for the position of Assistant Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a reputable dealership located in Southend-On-Sea, Essex. • Competitive basic salary of £25,000 per annum
• OTE of approximately £60,000 per year
• Monday to Friday working week, 9am to 6pm
• One fixed day off during the week and one weekend day off

• Managing daily sales operations and supporting the sales team to achieve targets
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies

• Mentoring and guiding junior staff members to maximise team performance
• Ensuring compliance with all company policies and industry standards
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to optimise sales prospects

• Proven management experience within the motor trade, such as senior sales, assistant sales manager, or sales controller
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Proactive attitude with a strong drive to succeed
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and current market trends
