Business Development Manager

Basic salary of £25,500 per annum with uncapped OTE reaching up to £45,000
Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Duties of the Business Development Manager:

Developing and growing a portfolio of local business customers
Prospecting for new business opportunities and generating leads
Building strong relationships with local clients to encourage repeat business

Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall company growth
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress

Requirements of the Business Development Manager:

Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
Strong organisational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to prospect and open new accounts
Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales
Knowledge of the local business landscape in Chelmsford and Essex
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a desire to succeed
