As a USA Travel Specialist and valued member of our Sales Team, you will do far more than just sell holidays — you will create unforgettable memories for our customers.

By understanding each customer’s travel needs, budget and interests, you will design their perfect holiday and help turn their vision into reality. Your energy, passion and enthusiasm will not only exceed customer expectations but also drive your own success while motivating those around you.

• Creating tailored package holidays by combining individual travel elements to suit each customer’s needs
• Demonstrating strong product knowledge of Florida and USA holidays, including destinations, attractions and holiday types
• Using a variety of systems to source accurate pricing, including Galileo, Top Dog, supplier systems and our in-house CRM
• Securing sales within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Ensuring all bookings are completed accurately and meet customer requirements
• Delivering outstanding customer service and consistently going above and beyond for customers
• Remaining motivated and sales focused, while proactively working towards KPIs and sales targets
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth customer journey and booking process
• Managing multiple enquiries and systems simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail
• Thriving in a busy environment with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Taking a proactive approach to personal development and continuously improving product knowledge and sales performance

The ideal candidate is someone who understands……

First and foremost, we are looking for an enthusiastic team player with strong knowledge of Florida and the wider USA, alongside a genuine passion for creating exceptional holiday experiences.

Our USA Travel Specialists will also have:

• A minimum of two years’ experience in holiday sales
• Experience in building and tailoring package holidays to meet customers’ needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand and tailor holidays to each customer’s needs
• Proven experience selling directly to customers
• Experience using Galileo or a similar GDS system is desirable, but not essential
• A motivated and self-driven approach, with the desire to exceed monthly targets
• The ability to build strong customer relationships and consistently go the extra mile
• A passion for sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to teamwork
• The ability to adapt to change and continuously develop both personal skills and product knowledge

We are open 7 days a week, and you will be required to work 40 hours per week on shift patterns that include evenings and weekends.
