About the RoleAt WLMG, we aren’t just keeping pace—we’re setting it. As our group continues to grow, we are looking for a high-performing, customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join our newest location in Upminster, Essex.

As an Experienced Aftersales Advisor, you’ll be a core driver of our customer experience and workshop productivity. You will manage customer journeys seamlessly from booking to vehicle handover, ensuring complete transparency, high satisfaction, and strong commercial results.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Customer Reception &Communication: Welcome service and repair customers professionally, listen to their requirements, and serve astheir trusted point of contact throughout the day.
- Job Card & Workshop Management: Prepare accurate job cards, schedule workshop loading effectively, and liaise closely with workshop control and technicians.
- Work Authorisation &Upselling: Explain diagnostic outputs and Electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHC) clearly to customers, securing authorisations for necessary repair work.
- Invoicing & Warranty Processing: Process accurate final invoices, manage service plans, and oversee routine manufacturer warranty claims and paperwork correctly.
- Customer Retention: Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores andfoster long-term customer loyalty.
- Proven Experience: Solid experience working as a Service/Aftersales Advisor within a franchised motor dealership or busy vehicle service centre.
- DMS Knowledge: Hands-on experience with dealership management systems (e.g., Keyloop / Drive / Autoline) and Electronic Vehicle Health Check (eVHC) platforms.
- Commercial Acumen: A track record of achieving upsell targets (VHC conversion, service plans, accessories) while maintaining customer trust and integrity.
- Outstanding Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
Earnings: Competitive Basic Salary (Dependent on Experience) + OTE / Uncapped Bonus
Benefits: 22 Days Paid Holiday + Bank Holidays, Group Pension
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (with occasional Saturday for administrative work as required)
