We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant who is commercially curious, confident with people and ready to learn through real experience.

This isn't a role where you'll spend months watching from the sidelines. You'll work on live client campaigns, represent nationally recognised brands and learn first-hand what makes customers engage, trust and ultimately take action.

You'll develop an understanding of the entire customer journey, from how a brand positions itself and communicates its message to how strong customer relationships translate into measurable growth.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across sales, marketing and customer acquisition, including:

• Representing leading brands across live, customer-facing campaigns
• Engaging with customers and creating memorable brand experiences
• Understanding customer needs and communicating products and services effectively
• Learning the psychology behind customer behaviour and buying decisions
• Developing your sales, communication and negotiation skills
• Gathering customer insights and recognising what drives campaign performance
• Working alongside the wider team to achieve client and campaign objectives
• Building the commercial confidence to take on greater responsibility

You’ll learn not only how to sell, but how to understand customers, represent brands effectively and contribute to campaigns that deliver real commercial results.

You’ll receive one-to-one coaching, hands-on training and regular development sessions designed to strengthen your sales ability, commercial awareness and confidence.
