As a Car Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and dealership sales targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle requirements
• Building strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process
• Presenting vehicles and arranging test drives
• Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
• Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products and services
• Managing enquiries from showroom, telephone and online customers
• Working towards monthly sales and profitability targets
• Completing sales administration accurately
• Following up prospective customers and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Ensuring vehicles are presented to a high standard
• Delivering a professional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover

We're looking for a confident, motivated and target-driven Car Sales Executive / Vehicle Sales Executive with a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales or a target-driven sales environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A confident and professional approach
• Good commercial awareness
• A proven ability to work towards and achieve targets
• Full UK Driving Licence
• A positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
