Salary: £180 - £200 per day

I have an excellent opportunity for a Finishing Foreman to join an award-winning house builder on a freelance basis, working on a large new build residential project in Dagenham, Essex.

The company has been around for approximately 20 years and has evolved into one of the leading house builders in the country, with regional offices across the South East of England.

Their developments range from large family homes and luxury houses for growing families to city centre apartments. They are quality-focused and are recognized as one of the leading, most trusted providers of quality homes throughout the UK.

They are looking for a Finishing Foreman to work on a large new build residential project in Dagenham, Essex. This is a large project comprising RC frame apartments and Traditional Build houses. They are looking for a strong Finishing Foreman to start immediately, and the contract will run until May 2019.

Experience:

• Track record working for a reputable house builder as a Finishing Foreman
• Experience working on RC frame apartments / Traditional Build houses
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong Finishing Foreman experience
• Trades background (plastering or carpentry)
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
• Able to commute to Dagenham, Essex on a daily basis
