This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established building services company, delivering first-class maintenance across Healthcare contract in Essex and East London

Key Responsibilities:

Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
Emergency light testing
Fire alarm testing
Install and repairs
Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.✅ Candidate Requirements:
City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
Full UK driving licence.💼 What’s on
