• Diagnosing and repairing boiler breakdowns efficiently across our full coverage area.
• Completing remedial work on existing installations to uphold quality standards.
• Providing yearly boiler servicing for our clients.
• Applying electrical knowledge, including fault‑finding on 230v controls, wiring heating systems from scratch, and working with smart systems such as Hive.
• Effectively diagnosing and resolving system circulation issues.
• Replacing 2/3 port valves, pumps, and occasionally TRVs, with a preference for using techniques such as system bungs or depressurisation over full drain downs when appropriate.
• Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.
• Driving extensively between appointments, with route support provided by our logistics team.
• Upselling additional services and works to customers with commission opportunities.

• A valid and up‑to‑date Gas Safe registration card.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience handling boiler breakdowns.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Punctuality, strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, a professional appearance, self‑motivation and a positive attitude.

• If you have installed a vertical flue through a loft and builders have boxed this in, what would you be looking for under building regulations part J? If they are not there, how would you categorise the flue installation according to IGEM/G11 until rectified?
• Can you give us the times and pressure for a tightness test on a low‑pressure domestic meter?
• Do you have a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points?
• We require a fitter to have experience with electrics - are you familiar with installing Hive and Tado thermostats?
