£17.50 per hour PAYE (paid monthly) + overtime/OOH premiums

Are you an experienced Electrician looking for stable, well-paid work with real variety? Want to move away from purely domestic jobs and work on commercial and retail properties instead?

We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly respected building and mechanical services business with 60+ years’ track record across the South East. Due to continued growth, they’re expanding and hiring electricians into a compliance-led response team.

You’ll be working across commercial/retail sites (leisure and hospitality environments), primarily focused on:

Lighting circuits, fault finding, and safe, compliant repairs

Basic emergency lighting checks and straightforward remedials

Evidence-led job close-out (notes/photos/test sheets) and a first-time-fix culture

Work is planned as close to home as possible. Where travel is required,
you’re paid door-to-door

On-call rota 1 in every 8–9 weeks

PPE provided

Multimeter provided (or use your own)

Customer-facing experience and professional site manner

18th Edition

2391 Testing & Inspection

ECS Gold Card (preferred, not essential)

Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
