NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
SALARY: £100 per Day (based on 7 hours – Flexible Start Times Available)

Company Vehicle Provided:
The company will provide a vehicle for work use only. However, you will need your own vehicle to get to the site in Dunmow every day.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable and practical Driver / Waste Operative to join a growing waste management service carrying out outdoor collection duties across parks and public spaces.
Working as the Driver / Waste Operative, you will travel across a designated area within a 60-mile radius of Dunmow, Essex, using a company vehicle to empty dog waste and litter bins while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
As the Driver / Waste Operative, you will manage your own daily route, carry out manual handling tasks safely and work both independently and as part of a small team.
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.
DUTIES- Travel to Locations:
Cover a designated territory to service waste and litter bins - Waste Collection:
Empty dog waste and litter bins in parks and public areas - Manual Handling:
Carry out physical tasks safely and efficiently - Vehicle Care:
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle - Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure tools and equipment are kept clean and functional - Health and Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines - Reporting Issues:
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs promptly - Team Communication:
Liaise effectively with colleagues and supervisors
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to use a SAT NAV
- Good time-keeping skills
- Good organisation and time-management skills
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively
- Reliable, practical and able to maintain high cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to work within a small team
- Must have your own vehicle to travel to the site in Dunmow each day
