• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
• Ensure accurate recording of inventory transactions and maintain proper stock levels
• Monitor inbound and outbound goods for quality, quantity, and documentation accuracy
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet operational targets
• Enforce warehouse safety procedures, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, or delays
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and tools

• Previous warehouse experience, with supervisory experience (Essential)
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes (Essential)
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills (Essential)
• Ability to use warehouse management systems (Orderwise) (Preferred) and basic computer applications (Essential)
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills (Essential)
• Confident, adaptable, and innovative in approach to work (Essential)
• Consistently accurate, with a strong focus on quality and precision (Essential)
