Global Foundries is seeking active-duty service members for an 8–10 week Internship at Fab 8 in Malta, NY, under a DoD program linking military experience to semiconductor manufacturing. Internships lead to potential full-time Equipment/Maintenance Technician roles. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on advanced equipment, responding to errors, reviewing SPC charts, and conducting inspections with a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
