Job Location:
In-Person, $20.95-$22.93/Hour (Based on Shift), Multiple Shifts Available, Full-Time

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the consumer goods industry, and they want you to join their team as a Production Technician.

Available Shifts:

• D1 $ 20.95: Monday-Wednesday,with alternating Thursdays,6am – 6:15pm –
• D2 $ 22.93:Friday-Sunday,with alternating Thursdays, from 6am – 6:15pm
• N1 $ 21.63:
  
  Monday-Wednesday, with alternating Thursdays, from 6:00pm – 6:15am

Your day-to-day as a Production Technician:

• Operate and monitor high-speed production equipment safely and efficiently
• Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Assist in troubleshooting production line issues and improving standard work processes
• Participate in formal problem-solving and lean manufacturing initiatives

Your skills and experience:

• Ability to learn mechanical systems and safely operate machinery
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
• Comfortable using basic computer functions and production software
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and perform physical tasks throughout a 12-hour shift
