The Account Manager is the primary relationship manager for our elite clientele. You will oversee the full lifecycle of client interaction—from initial sales and estimation to production coordination and quality assurance. This role requires a "customer-centric" leader who is thoroughly familiar with commercial landscape maintenance and possesses the sense of urgency needed to resolve issues and manage a year-round service suite, including enhancements and snow removal.

• Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison, conducting monthly client touchpoints to identify needs, resolve concerns, and ensure total satisfaction.
• Sales & Growth: Meet annual sales goals by identifying enhancement opportunities, preparing accurate bids, and closing contracts.
• Operational Oversight: Partner with Production Managers to ensure jobs stay on schedule and under budget while meeting our high craftsmanship standards.
• Administrative Excellence: Maintain real-time data in CRM (LMN experience a plus), manage the billing of change orders, and coordinate with accounting for accurate processing.
• Vendor Relations: Interface with subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of specialized work.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all field procedures follow company safety standards and comply with established SOPs.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional landscaping experience; experience in horticulture, the service industry, or high-touch sales is required.
• Education: A degree or coursework in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of local plant materials and commercial landscape operations.
• Tech Savvy :
  Proficiency in CRM and estimating software; strong general computer skills.
• Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s policy.
