Gerber Collision & Glass in Estero, FL is offering a 30-day hands-on trial to join our 18-month Technician Development Program. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, learn auto body repair basics, dent removal, sanding, and painting, and gain exposure to inspection and repair planning.
Ideal candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, willing to learn, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. No prior experience required; on-the-job training and safety protocols are provided.
