• Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Provide information about the club's facilities, services, and upcoming events.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the reception and waiting areas.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, comments, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor in high-pressure situations.
• Uphold the club's standards of service excellence and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be outgoing and Friendly
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A plus is a familiarity with golf or the willingness to learn about the sport.
• Positive attitude and a solid commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
