The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceeding standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations. Provide “red carpet” level customer service at all times to every guest, maintaining standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ

Follow all safety, sanitation and hygienic procedures before, during and after services;
Create and maintain a partnership with all FACE FOUNDRIÉ personnel to promote teamwork and a high level of customer service.

Attend mandatory training and team meetings.

Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Current Esthetic Students Preferred
