• Implement and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of preschool children.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children in the classroom and during outdoor activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Assist with daily activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, and playtime.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children's progress and behavior.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
• Support the lead teacher in managing classroom dynamics and implementing educational programs.
• Observe and assess children's development and report any concerns to the lead teacher.

• High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in early childhood education preferred.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.
• Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and teaching styles.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Passion for early childhood education and nurturing young learners.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
• Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
