Cost Controller

Rizzani de Eccher is looking for aCost Controllerto join the team working on the Riga Central Station & Railway Bridge Project in Latvia. The role requires availability to be based in Riga.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare and update cost estimates and monitor project budget.
• Support contract management activities, including quantity and cost assessments.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify cost-efficient solutions.
• Carry out site measurements, prepare progress reports, and support financial forecasting.
• Prepare final accounts, ensuring proper handling of variations and claims.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as a Cost Controller in large construction projects, ideally in infrastructure.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in cost monitoring and reporting.
• Understanding of construction methodologies and site operations.
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic project environments.
