. We’re looking for a friendly professional to provide exceptional patient experience from the moment someone walks through the door. The role is full‑time (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), with one Saturday every 68 weeks. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $23.50 per hour.

Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.50 / hour (minimum to midpoint)

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a team-based environment while managing all aspects of patient business activity within the department.

• Handling inbound calls
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Patient check-in and registration
• Insurance verification, authorization, and pre-certifications
• Processing referrals
• Posting charges and initial collections
• Preparing accurate, well-coded billing
• Maintaining medical records
• Supporting workers compensation, commercial carriers, employee health, and corporate accounts as needed

Late hours, holidays, and weekends may be required. Additional duties may be assigned by department leadership.

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1 year clerical/administrative experience required
• Insurance or customer service experience preferred

• BLS required in Employee Health; may be required at other locations within 90 days of hire

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• IT/computer proficient
• Basic math skills
• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing a plus
