Spavia Estero is seeking full‑time and part‑time massage therapists at all levels of experience to join our team. We are an independently owned luxury day spa located in Estero, FL, that offers a family culture with respect, compassion, and work/life balance.

Massage therapists earn competitive wages per treatment, with increased pay for advanced modalities, gratuity, and eligible for bonuses and sale commissions. We provide a full variety of spa treatments, including signature, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, and maternity massages, along with massage enhancements such as CBD and Hypervolt to enhance the guest experience. In‑house training is provided. Guests can also enjoy a full line of skincare, body scrubs, body wraps, and more.

• Earn up to $67 per hour service based upon experience and services provided (including gratuity, commission and bonus pay; our therapists average just under $65 per service)
