Pay Range: $16.49 – $20.16 / hour (Minimum to Midpoint)

Detail-driven, organized, and passionate about supporting patient care behind the scenes? Our LPG Orthopedics team at Coconut Point is seeking a dedicated OR Scheduler to join our fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Partner closely with orthopedic providers and clinical teams
• Build strong working relationships to ensure seamless workflows
• Coordinate and schedule surgical cases with precision
• Communicate clearly with patients, providers, and hospital partners
• Maintain high accuracy in a busy, high-volume environment
• Clerical tasks: scheduling, coding, verifying insurance, and obtaining pre-certification/authorization for surgical procedures using computer scheduling software in accordance with departmental policies and procedures
• Interact with physicians, patients, families, and department staff to meet identified needs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience required
• Medical-based scheduling experience strongly preferred (1 year)
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills

• Work within a reputable and high-performing Orthopedics specialty team
• Contribute to exceptional patient care through accurate surgical coordination
