Location: Bonita Health Center – 3501 Health Center Blvd, Suite 1119, Estero, FL 34135

Work Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.52 – $25.65 / hour

• Up to $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus and up to $5,000 Relocation Bonus (if located more than 50 miles away).

• Provide excellent customer service in a team‑based environment.
• Assist in all aspects of medical practice under direct supervision of a physician or physician assistant.
• Maintain patient safety, perform phlebotomy, point‑of‑care testing, assist in minor procedures, process lab specimens, and operate medical equipment safely.
• Provide patient instructions and handle and administer medications per regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Collect, communicate, and document accurate patient information and maintain medical records in compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate requests for information and prescriptions, and prepare patient care areas to ensure efficient, effective and safe care delivery.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays and weekends as required.
• Float to all LPG and Hospital Outpatient Department locations across four counties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager/Supervisor.

• Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience in a physician's office or hospital outpatient department.
• Experience with medication administration and injections.
• Certification preferred: AAMA, CCMA, RMA. Certification required: BLS (must be obtained within first 90 days).
• Familiarity with medical terminology, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work early/late hours and/or weekends.
