A well-established veterinary group in Southwest Florida is seeking a Travel Operations Veterinarian to join their growing network of hospitals. This position offers a unique blend of clinical practice, mentorship, and leadership. Ideal for an experienced doctor or an associate veterinarian ready to expand their impact across multiple practices.

About the Role

The Travel Operations Veterinarian supports several hospitals within the region, ensuring consistency in patient care, team collaboration, and operational excellence. This role provides an opportunity to stay clinically active while mentoring other veterinarians, guiding hospital teams, and contributing to overall practice growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care to patients across assigned locations.
  • Provide mentorship and support to veterinarians and clinical teams.
  • Partner with practice leadership to improve efficiency, workflows, and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new doctors.
  • Uphold medical standards and promote best practices within the network.
