Verdana Village Master Association is excited to announce an exceptional career opportunity for a Bartender. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and provide superior service to our members and guests.

• Stock the bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, assist in cost control, inventory, and maintain inventory records.
• Monitor inventory of food and beverage products and communicate with management promptly when supplies are needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
• Perform opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions; utilize Point of Sales System.
• Review banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events.
• Serve catered parties from service or portable bars.
• Occasionally serve meals to guests.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High school diploma or GED; one year of bartending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to meet state age requirements for serving alcohol.

• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• Completed Alcohol Awareness Training.
