Store Support, Customer Service Rep

Overview

Store Support role at The Home Depot. This position involves non-sales functions focused on supporting store operations and customer satisfaction.

• Provide an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience and assist customers in the store or on the lot.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance when applicable and work with vendors, carriers, and other associates.
• Collaborate with team members to support key operational responsibilities and store objectives; respond to operational concerns with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate integrity, time management skills, and the ability to work with little or some supervision.
• Positions may include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative responsibilities.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work cooperatively with others.
• Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain store-specific objectives.
