Jewelers at Helzberg Diamonds are responsible for providing high-quality jewelry repair services to clients of designated stores in a timely fashion to support store sales and the five-star shopping experience.

• Contributing to the effective movement of client repairs while maintaining quality and quick turnaround times.
• Ensuring that gold stock, findings, and loose stones are properly maintained and accounted for by completing paperwork and storing materials correctly.
• Managing supply expenses by maintaining adequate inventory levels.
• Maximizing the financial return of precious metal recoveries by following proper procedures.
• Adhering to safety procedures to reduce risks.
• Training store associates on repair policies and procedures to ensure consistency in communication.

• Associate's degree or equivalent, with 2-4 years of related experience or training.
• Advanced knowledge of jeweler's tools, machinery, equipment, and jewelry repair.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
