Join Five Star Valet, Naples FL and become a Parking Lot Attendant for the 2025–2026 season. This part‑time role works outdoors and requires a friendly attitude, dedication to customer service, and the ability to safely direct traffic during events at Hertz Arena.

Parking lot attendants safely and efficiently direct vehicle traffic to parking lots and spaces during events. Attendants wear a fluorescent safety vest and use hand signals and traffic batons. While standing is required, attendants are permitted to sit during short downtime periods.

$18 per hour.

Hertz Arena, Estero, FL 33928. Hours are flexible; the calendar is planned for 2024–2025, but the position is open based on available days, and we welcome weekend applicants.

• Start 3:00–4:00 PM; finish 8:00–9:00 PM
• 4‑hour shift
• Available 3–4 days per week
• Weekend availability required

• Direct traffic in a standing position for a 4–5 hour shift with downtime for seated breaks
• Greet and assist guests—open doors, direct them to open spots, and help exit vehicles
• Assist and direct traffic flow to exit the property
• Monitor the parking lot
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings
• Set up and break down signage and equipment
• Use two‑way radios to communicate with other team members
• Observe safety and security procedures
• Represent Five Star Valet positively by being respectful to teammates and the public

• Stand for long periods (4–6 hours)
• Bend, squat, lift, push, and carry up to 25 pounds (signs, cones, barriers, podium, etc.)
• Work and maintain concentration in all weather conditions (heat, wind, rain)

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Pass a criminal background check
• Smart mobile phone with internet and email access
• Basic math skills
• Reliable transportation to get to work
• Reliability and trustworthiness
• Professional communication in English with customers, coworkers, patrons, and management
• Superior customer service and clear direction to patrons
• Anticipate patron needs, make good judgments, and ensure vehicle security
• Maintain confidentiality of client/company information
• Perform assignments with minimal supervision; work alone or as part of a team
