Shift Supervisor - Estero

Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in achieving revenue, expense, and profit objectives according to the store's budget.
- Train staff to meet production goals, merchandise standards, customer service expectations, mission integration, and company policies.
- Provide leadership and business acumen to meet performance standards.
- Work long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to learn and use point‑of‑sale, donation, office computer, and telephone systems.
- Ability to work in stressful conditions, apply good judgment, and follow oral and written instructions.
- Comfortable with business‑related mathematics.
- Supervise and train staff in production, merchandising, checkout, and customer service.
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, and move items up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work outdoors when climate conditions vary.

Salary: $17.75 per hour
