The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faced role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Assistant managers drive sales results by analyzing the business, support best‑in‑class customer service, oversee daily store operations, execute floorset updates and styling recommendations, and lead talent by recruiting, training, and developing staff. They are expected to bring their best selves every day and have the opportunity to grow into future leadership positions.
